  Shockingly bad. Only giving a star because I have to give a rating to write a review. 0 stars would be more appropriate. If you buy anything from these people make sure you use a credit card so you can claim the money back if/when the car turns out to be a write-off, because they won't refund you. Bought a BMW 1 series from them about 3 months ago. After 2 weeks it started leaking oil onto our drive and burning oil with thick smoke emitting from the exhaust. Took it to a garage who said the engine would need stripping down to identify the problem and that due to the cost the car was in effect, a write-off. Sevenoaks Van Sales said they would look at it if I got it down to them so I sent it down on a truck at my own expense. The garage next to their yard (who they obviously have a relationship with) sent it back, on another truck I paid for, with the oil leaks fixed but still burning oil which lead me to believe their garage were either incompetent or were advised not to identify the oil burn by Sevenoaks Van Sales. I requested my money back and they refused, saying they had fixed the problem. Obviously this was not the case judging by the thick smoke emitting from the exhaust. We then contacted the credit card company who advised me to get another opinion from an independent garage to confirm the problem still existed, which of course it did. Three months later we have finally managed to get our money back from the credit card provider and the car has now been scrapped. This was a particularly stressful time as my wife was expecting our first child and dealing with someone who did not want to acknowledge our consumer rights was not how we anticipated spending our time during the lead-up to the birth. During the whole fiasco, Sevenoaks Van Sales were at best rude, and at worst aggressive in our conversations. I wish we had never gone to Sevenoaks Van Sales and I strongly advise that anyone considering buying anything from them should reconsider, or at least use a credit card to make your purchase so you are covered.
